The Fitness industry is no different. In the past 20 years, billions of dollars have gone into marketing for the fitness industry. Whether it’s for a new “Six-Pack Pill” or the diet that will give you a thigh-gap in hours, so much is hurled at you, calling itself science.
My name is Scudder Sodergreen, and I’m here to help you sift through these fads, to come up with the most effective way to get to where you need to be.
I’ve spent the past eight years trying every new supplement, every new workout, every exercise, and painful trial and error searching for the best way to become a superhero. And now I want to pass on what I have learned to you.
The goal of the Scuddmuscle movement is to teach people about fitness. I will never tell you what to do, instead I’m here to show you your options, and then help you make informed decisions, to reach your goals. Real change does not require strict adherence to a diet, or 3 hour workouts 7 days a week. It requires knowledge, and understanding of how things work. Because once you understand it, you can manipulate it. If you blindly follow your GPS down mainstreet every day, you’ll never learn to use the streets to get you there faster. I’m here to help you make fitness work for you in a way that will change your life.
Real change comes from real work. This will not be easy, but it will be rewarding.
